ASK JINNA: REMOVING THESE THINGS FROM MY LIFE MADE ME HAPPIER THIS YEAR

The year 2017 has been one of the hardest years of my life but I learned so many lessons about love, happiness, relationships, family and friends, and work too. I am happy to have had a hard year because I learned to love myself more and that no one can make me happy but myself. So, I decided to create a list of things that I removed from my life this year.   1. Stressing Myself out
  2. Burning Bridges
  3. Hating Myself for things I cannot control
  4. Worrying about money so much
  5. Losing touch with friends
  6. Living my life based on making someone else happy
  7. Overthinking EVERYTHING and every situation
  8. Listening to Haters
  9. Overworking myself
  10. Not enjoying my life more
  11. Bonus: Not focusing on Self Care and loving myself (only I can make myself happy and it’s important to love yourself before you can focus on loving someone else)
