Beyoncé and Jay-Z arrived at today’s 2013 Presidential Inauguration in style! Jay-Z rocked a dapper suit and Beyoncé looked glam in a Emilio Pucci Velvet Dress and Christian Dior Fur Coat. I love her ombre hair! If I wasn’t afraid to dye my hair, I would ask my hair stylist for this look ASAP lol.
